A Discipleship Training School is a five-month Course consisting of twelve weeks of lectures and eight weeks of outreach. The Lecture
phase covers everything from discovering God's character to right relationships. The lecture phase is followed by eight weeks of
outreach, generally abroad.
The aim of the DTS is to prepare the students for missions in line with Matthew 28:18-20, "You are my disciples . . . go therefore and
make disciples of all nations."
YWAM Scotland runs a variety of DTS's each year: January and September Schools are held in The
Seamill Centre while May's DTS, FDTS and the new Celtic Way DTS are held at Stanely House. We also have the Destiny
DTS which runs in Arbroath.
